Privacy Policy

Effective October 21, 2026

Boxtra rents portable storage containers to businesses. This policy explains what we collect on RentBoxtra.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Business and contact details: company name, your name, mobile number and email.
• Job details: industry, delivery ZIP or address, timing, number of boxes, rental length and any notes.
• Campaign source (UTM tags) if you arrived from a link that includes them, so we know which ads or listings work.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your quote request and to deliver, service and bill your rental. We may call or text the phone number you provide about your quote or rental.

How it is sent

Quote requests are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which passes your submission to our inbox.

We don’t sell it

We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
